Yes, we accept Medicare EPC referrals with a $20 gap fee. The gap fee allows us to ensure quality and sufficient time, effective treatment.
Do you accept WorkCover and CTP insurance claims?
Yes, we accept both WorkCover and CTP insurance.
Do you treat NDIS participants with a self-managed plan?
Yes, we accept NDIS self-managed plans.
What services and treatments do you offer?
The services depend on the condition, but treatment could involve the use of massage therapy, dry needling, cupping, exercises and stretches.
How do I book an appointment?
You can make a booking via phone, in person or online.
What should you bring?
Just wear suitable clothing, allowing access to the injured area, and bring all your relevant medical records and referral letters.
How long are the session?
Sessions can go for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
What if I need to cancel? Do you charge a cancellation fee?
